Understanding Our Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

1. No Refund After Course Registration:

Once a user has registered for a course, no refund will be provided. This includes situations where the user changes their mind or encounters personal circumstances.

2. Refund Before Course Commencement (Limited Circumstances):

If a user has not attended any classes and requests a refund before the course commencement, the following deductions will apply:
- Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of INR 2000/- will be deducted from the total amount paid.
- GST on Total Payment: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the entire payment amount will be deducted.

Important Considerations:

Proof of Non-Attendance: To process a refund under the above condition, the user must provide verifiable proof of non-attendance, such as class attendance records or other relevant documentation.
Refund Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved and verified, it may take up to 10 working days to process the refund.
Force Majeure Events: In the event of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed lockdowns) that significantly impact the delivery of the course, Brillica Services may offer alternative solutions or adjustments to the refund policy.

Additional Information:

Course Cancellations and Rescheduling: Brillica Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify users in advance and offer alternative arrangements or refunds as applicable.
Transfer of Course Enrollment: Under certain conditions, Brillica Services may allow the transfer of course enrollment to another individual. Please contact our support team for more information on eligibility and the process.
